Tom Selva’s career began in the United Kingdom where he graduated as an engineer with distinction, with a double degree in Engineering and Design from Cardiff and UCL universities London. He worked for the United Nations, URS Corporation, and Norman Foster, leading the innovation and Engineering of the new range of Apple Stores, in addition to collaborating in the first Airport Space of the world. As an entrepreneur, he founded Two Islands, a design company, winning a MOMA award in U.S. He also invested and directed the development of QBot valuation € 1M to € 15M, consolidating the fastest annual growth of a Robotics company in London. In his last years in the United Kingdom, he founded the operations of PiLabs PropTech Accelerator (now a venture capital fund with £ 6M); and the commercial address of MassChallenge UK (the largest accelerator in London).
